While Bloom GSE carefully evaluates available options, we do not manufacture products ourselves and cannot guarantee:

  • Future pricing
  • Supplier production capacity
  • Supplier performance beyond agreed obligations

Supplier decisions, production schedules, and manufacturing processes remain the responsibility of the supplier.


6. Product Information and Specifications

Clients are responsible for confirming product requirements before purchase, including:

Inspection results represent the condition observed at the time of inspection.

Final product acceptance remains the responsibility of the client.

Costs already committed to suppliers, logistics providers, inspectors, or other third parties may not be refundable.
