Detailed Supplier & Quotation Comparison
Comparison not only of price, but also specifications, components, warranties, included accessories, lead times, payment terms, and supplier capabilities.
Enhanced Contract & Purchase Documentation Coordination
Confirm that agreed specifications, accessories, commercial terms, warranty commitments, and important requirements are properly reflected in purchase documentation.
Payment Milestone Coordination
Help structure and track supplier payments around agreed production milestones, testing, inspection, and shipment.
Production Monitoring
Regular communication with the manufacturer regarding production status, estimated completion, changes, delays, and project milestones.
Factory Acceptance / Testing Coordination

Independent Pre-Shipment Inspection Coordination

Confirm agreed spare parts, consumables, tooling/accessories, manuals, electrical diagrams, maintenance information, and other required documentation before shipment.
Warranty Terms Verification
Confirm the manufacturer’s warranty period, covered components, exclusions, claim procedure, and responsibilities before purchase.
12-Month Manufacturer Liaison Support
Bloom remains the buyer’s communication liaison with the manufacturer for up to 12 months after shipment/purchase for warranty communication, technical questions, replacement parts, and manufacturer follow-up.
Issue Resolution & Corrective Action Coordination
If a material discrepancy is identified during production, inspection, testing, or pre-shipment review, Bloom GSE coordinates communication with the manufacturer to seek an appropriate corrective solution before the transaction proceeds to the next stage.
Third-party costs, including independent inspections, laboratory testing, legal services, freight, customs brokerage, duties, taxes, insurance, repairs, replacement parts, installation, and other external services, are not included in Bloom GSE service fees unless expressly stated in writing.
